Black Hole Mukbang

Terms of Use

These terms apply to the mobile game Black Hole Mukbang (the "Game") made by MYUNG JAE PARK ("we"). Please read them before you play.

1. Agreement

By downloading or playing the Game, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Game. If you got the Game from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; if you got it from Google Play, Google Play's terms also apply. Apple and Google are not responsible for the Game or for these terms.

2. Your license to play

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to install and play the Game for your own non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control.

3. Age

The Game is intended for players aged 13 and older. If you are under the age of majority where you live, please read these terms with a parent or guardian.

4. Virtual items

Tips (coins), subscribers, channel levels, skins, upgrades, stars and other items in the Game are virtual game items. They have no monetary value, are not sold for money, and cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for money or anything of value. They are stored only on your device, so they are lost if you delete the Game or change devices, and we cannot restore them. We may rebalance virtual items and rewards to keep the Game fair and fun.

5. Ads and rewards

The Game is free and shows a banner and rewarded ads provided by third parties (Google AdMob). Rewarded ads are always optional. A reward is given after the ad has finished; ads may not always be available, and daily limits apply. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads. Don't use bots, scripts, modified versions of the Game or other tricks to get ads or rewards.

6. Your channel name

Choose a channel name that isn't offensive, hateful or sexual, doesn't pretend to be someone else, and doesn't infringe anyone's rights. The channel name stays on your device, but it appears in images you choose to share.

7. Things you must not do

To the extent permitted by law, you must not:

  • copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer or redistribute the Game;
  • cheat, exploit bugs, or bypass ads, limits or other protections;
  • use the Game for any unlawful purpose or in a way that harms others;
  • remove or change copyright or other notices in the Game.

8. Intellectual property

The Game and its art, music, sounds, text and code belong to us or our licensors. Open-source software and fonts in the Game are provided under their own licenses, listed in Settings → Open-source licenses. Rival streamers, channels, cities and landmarks in the Game are fictional, and any resemblance to real people, streamers or businesses is coincidental. Black Hole Mukbang is not affiliated with any streaming platform.

9. Updates and availability

We may update, change or stop offering the Game or any of its features at any time, for example to fix bugs, add content or keep it working on new devices. Some updates may be required to keep playing.

An internet connection is required to play the Game. Your mobile carrier's data charges may apply.

10. Health and safety

Take regular breaks and stay aware of your surroundings while playing. If you feel unwell, dizzy or uncomfortable, stop playing.

11. Disclaimer

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or virtual items. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.

13. Ending

You can stop using the Game at any time by deleting it. If you seriously break these terms, your license to use the Game ends.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date above will change, and important changes will be announced in the Game or on this page. If you keep playing after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes will be handled by the competent court under the Korean Civil Procedure Act. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in your local courts where the law allows.
